Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Workdays

Volunteer Workdays offer a great way for you to stop by and help nature for a few hours. We remove invasive plants, improve trails, and more. Expect to get your hands dirty, meet others who care about nature, and leave with a heart full of happiness. No experience necessary! 

"Workdays" normally last about 2 hours. Register for upcoming events through our Program Calendar.

Leadership and Project Opportunities

Looking to help nature in a bigger way? Please review the opportunities in the list below, and send an email to [email protected] with your name, contact information, the name of the volunteer job that interests you, and any relevant skills that you can bring to the position. We normally reply within 1 to 2 weeks.

Update, 8/28/2025: Our apologies to anyone who has filled out an online application since early May but has not heard from us. We discovered a technical problem with the application form that prevented us from receiving applications submitted from early May to mid August. SVT greatly values our volunteers, and we normally reply within two weeks.
