SVT seeks volunteers for a new Development Committee to advise the Staff and Board as we seek to engage new audiences, expand our base of support, and raise funds to achieve our mission.
We are seeking volunteers with expertise in various fields, including:
- Local Business Owners
- Public Relations
- Marketing
- Community Organizers
- Educators
- Parents
- Scout or Youth Group Leaders
- Hospitality/Customer Service
- Tech (especially Salesforce and Web Design)
Mostly, we are looking for "doers" who are enthusiastic about SVT's work and are eager to champion our mission. Together, we will discuss strategies for outreach to new audiences (including young families) and make plans for effective and successful events and programs.
The Committee will meet a few times per year (exact schedule is TBD), and we may request your attendance at some Community Events. Let's work together to help SVT succeed!
