Wolbach Farm Groundskeeper

Volunteer Position Description
 

Responsibilities

• Mow and trim lawns around SVT's headquarters at Wolbach Farm in Sudbury.
   

Skills Needed:

• Ability to perform manual labor and basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently outdoors
• Capacity to use a riding 54” John Deere lawn mower and gas-powered weed wacker.
   

Logistics:

• Training Provided: Orientation on use of the mower and weed wacker as well as the areas needing mowing.
• Hours: Flexible, dependent on availability. 2-3 hours per week during growing season (May-Sept), less frequent in early and late mowing season
• Duration: Seasonal (Spring, Summer, Fall).
• Location: Wolbach Farm, Sudbury
• Reports to: Facilities Maintenance Manager
