Elizabeth Brook Knoll, Boxborough

On March 22, 2019, Boxborough Conservation Trust (BCTrust), with the assistance of Sudbury Valley Trustees (SVT) and the Boxborough Conservation Commission, acquired Elizabeth Brook Knoll, a 15-acre wooded property on the Boxborough-Harvard line that features rock outcroppings and provides superb habitat for threatened species of turtles and salamanders.  SVT and the Boxborough Conservation Commission hold a conservation restriction on the property.

Smith Property

Update: On February 15, 2019, Sudbury Valley Trustees (SVT) acquired the Smith Property, a spectacular 49-acre property in Littleton! We will now refer to the property as the Smith Conservation Land.

Wayside Forest

Northwest Framingham is characterized by abundant woodland, working farms, and pastoral views.  It is home to many miles of trails, including the Bay Circuit Trail. Recreation opportunities abound, from Callahan State Park to the Town's Wittenborg Woods.

Mainstone Farm

Mainstone Farm was, until recently, the largest remaining piece of undeveloped, unprotected open space in Wayland and one of the few of its size in the region. Well known and loved by residents for its bucolic, rolling pastures and wooded hillsides, it has long been a priority for protection by the Town of Wayland and SVT.

Wrack Meadow Woods

Wrack Meadow Woods is one of SVT's newest reservations!  This beautiful 11.6 acres in Boylston is proximate to SVT's Keisling, Wrack Meadow Brook, and Mile Hill Woods reservations. The property was acquired from the Royal Realty Trust on December 6th.
