Welcome to Sally Purrington Hild

We rang in 2024 with a new addition to the SVT staff: Sally Purrington Hild, our new Events and Engagement Manager. Sally will plan events such as our Benefit Gala and Ice Cream Social, lead outreach efforts in our 36 communities, and manage our social media pages.

Sally comes to SVT from The Wayside Inn Foundation, where she served as the Director of Community Engagement. She has more than two decades of nonprofit experience, including stints at the Sudbury Historical Society, the Cambridge Historical Society, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Smithsonian Institute's National Museum of American History. She holds a B.A. from Arcadia University and an M.A. from Boston University.
