Beginning Friday, January 30, SVT will host our Flower Power Online Auction featuring items donated by area businesses and individuals. Everyone is welcome to bid, whether or not you attend our Annual Gala on February 7.
The Online Auction has something for everyone: home goods, foods, outings, experiences, and more. With your bids, you can win a great item for yourself or the perfect gift for a loved one while making an important contribution to regional conservation.
The Online Auction will run from Friday, January 30, at 5:00 p.m. until Saturday, February 7, at 10:00 p.m.
We have partnered with 32auctions to manage the the Online Auction, so you'll need to set up a free account and place your bids on the 32auctions site (it's easy!). 32auctions will keep you informed via email if you are outbid so you can bid again and again to win your item and help SVT reach our fundraising goals. All proceeds from the Online Auction will support Sudbury Valley Trustees.

Instructions for Using 32auctions
SVT has partnered with 32auctions.com to create the Online Auction. To bid through the website you will need to create a free account to register your name and email address. The auction can be accessed via computer, phone, or tablet devices.
If you have previously set up an account with 32auctions, you can use your existing account - no need to set up a new one.
Registration is quick and easy.
- Go to https://32auctions.com
- Click the Login option at the top right of the page and follow the instructions to set up your free account.
You can preview the items in the SVT auction at https://www.32auctions.com/SVTauction2026
We will open the Online Auction on Friday, January 30, at 5:00 p.m. Please return to the Online Auction site at that time to start bidding! The auction will remain open until Saturday, February 7, at 10:00 p.m.
Throughout the auction, bidders will receive a series of e-mails from 32auctions to confirm bids, notify you when your bids are outbid, and to confirm a winning bid at the close of the auction.
For items with multiple quantities, 32auctions has a “Buy Now” option. With “Buy Now” there is no bidding against another bidder – the first person to press “Buy Now” will purchase the item. Just click the “Buy Now” button and select how many items you wish to buy.
Please note: SVT cannot ship items, so if you bid on a large item, make sure you have a vehicle that can transport your item home. See instructions for Picking Up Your Items, below.
Paying for Your Items
Please wait until the Online Auction closes to pay for your items. You will receive an e-mail notification when the auction closes with a record of your bids, along with a final invoice that can be paid online.
You can pay your final invoice via credit card or Paypal.
Picking Up Your Items
Winners must pick up their items at the SVT office in Sudbury. SVT is unable to ship items. (Exception: We will mail gift certificates and gift cards to the winning bidders.)
- Pick-up Location: SVT, 18 Wolbach Road, Sudbury, MA 01776
- Pick-up Times: Tuesday, February 11, through Friday, February 13, between the hours of 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m.
Items not picked up or paid for by Friday, February 13, will be offered to the next highest bidder unless specific arrangements have been made. Contact Sally Hild at [email protected]
Please note: Auction items with no specified expiration date must be redeemed within one year of the auction end date (by February 7, 2027).

Auction Disclaimer
Please be sure to read all specifications and limitations of auction items. There are no exchanges or refunds.
Please do not request refunds or exchanges from the item donors.
Bidders are not to contact donors directly unless given prior approval from SVT.
By making a purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against either Sudbury Valley Trustees OR the donor of the property or services.
Bidders who do not abide by these rules will not be allowed to participate in future auctions.
