During our 2025 Annual Meeting on October 7, SVT members approved the minutes from the 2024 Annual Meeting and also elected the following as Members and Officers of the Board of Directors.

Nominees for Board of Directors
Amy Green, Acton
First-Time Nominee
Amy Green recently retired after serving 10 years as Conservation Agent for the Town of Littleton. She currently serves on the SVT Stewardship Committee.
In her role as Conservation Agent, Amy oversaw compliance with state and local wetland regulations, and she managed over 1,000 acres of Town-owned Conservation Land and Conservation Restrictions. She also worked closely with the Littleton Conservation Trust on trail maintenance and other land management issues. She also applied for and managed grants for land purchase, invasive species control, boardwalk construction, tree planting guidelines and an ADA Trail. She has worked with SVT on several CRs (including in Acton) as well as an assessment of Conservation Lands to target for invasive species control and the CISMA Weed Warrior Program.
Prior to her municipal work, Amy worked for 30 years in the private sector as an environmental consultant, including 15 years as an independent consultant. Her work focused on wetland delineations and assessment, impact assessment and mitigation design, and permitting from local bylaws to NEPA and USACE compliance.
She has lived in Acton for 30+ years, with the majority of that time serving on the Conservation Commission as well as the Community Preservation Committee. She holds a Master's in Botany/Wetlands from the University of Rhode Island.
Amy is currently trying to figure out how long it would take her to walk all the SVT properties and CR holdings.
Harry Harding, Quincy
First-Time Nominee
Harry Harding serves as the Vice President of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at Children's Services of Roxbury (CSR), an organization that supports more than 6,000 families throughout Massachusetts each year. He is also an instructor at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education (DCE) and the Lead Facilitator at GenUnity, a program focused on community-driven leadership development that promotes systemic change in housing and health equity.
Harry is active with the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) that empowers residents of the Dudley Neighborhood of Roxbury and North Dorchester to organize, plan for, create and control a vibrant, diverse and high-quality neighborhood in collaboration with community partners. DSNI also works with The Greater Boston Community Land Trust Network that supports current and emerging community land trusts for resident-led planning and long-term, collective control of land in and around Boston.
Harry holds a Master’s degree in journalism and a certification in organizational behavior from Harvard DCE. With two decades of experience in mission-driven work, he founded LeaderFULL Life Works in 2022, where he consults on building leadership capacity and improving organizational culture.
Eric Klein, Hopkinton
First-Time Nominee; Current Interim Member of the Board
Eric Klein is an environmental attorney with Beveridge & Diamond. He was appointed as an interim member of the SVT Board of Directors in early 2025.
Eric is a self-described nature lover as well as an avid hiker, biker, and birdwatcher.
In his position as an environmental lawyer, he has seen firsthand the impacts conservation can have in our community. He says, "I’m honored to be on the SVT team to help serve that mission.
Sherri Cline, Sudbury
Candidate for Re-Election
A retired attorney, Sherri Cline was first elected to the SVT Board in 2010. She is also Chair of the SVT Land Protection Committee and a member of the Governance Committee. She served as SVT Board President from 2014 to 2017.
Outside of SVT, Sherri is a Board Member of Employment Options in Marlborough, a Commissioner of the Sudbury Housing Authority, Chair of the Sudbury Community Preservation Committee, and a Board Member of Sudbury Meetinghouse.
Molly Cutler, Harvard
Candidate for Re-Election
Molly Cutler has been a member of the SVT Board since 2015 and also serves on the Governance Committee. She is currently concluding a two-year stint as Board Vice President.
Molly has retired from her career as an accounting consultant, and she and her husband, Chris, also owned and operated a small construction business in Harvard for more than 35 years.
Currently, Molly is also a Director/Treasurer for Safe Schools in Concord, NH.
Previously, Molly served eight years as a trustee of the Harvard Conservation Trust, including three years as its president. She has also served on the board of Harvard Schools Trust and the Emerson Hospital Corporation and was a member of the Harvard School Committee for six years.
