Beneficiary Designation

One of the easiest ways to leave a lasting environmental legacy is by adding Sudbury Valley Trustees as a beneficiary of your retirement or financial accounts. 

To name SVT as a beneficiary:

1. Obtain a beneficiary designation form from the administrator of your retirement plan or financial account. (This form may be available online.)
2. Designate Sudbury Valley Trustees as a partial, contingent, or sole beneficiary of your account. Our Tax ID number is 04-6049963.
3. Sign the form and return it to your plan administrator. Keep a copy for your records.
