Tony Scibelli Joins SVT Staff

SVT is pleased to welcome Anthony (Tony) Scibelli as Land Protection Specialist.

Tony joined the staff on October 11, after previously practicing law as a litigation attorney for over 30 years. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he is joining SVT in a non-legal role, fulfilling a lifelong interest in preserving open spaces and wildlife habitat. 

He holds a J.D. from Cornell University and a B.A. from Amherst College. 

As Land Protection Specialist, Tony will play a lead role in identifying area landowners who are interested in conserving their property and then working with them to develop an appropriate conservation plan.

“I am excited to be part of SVT and to play a role in the conservation of important natural areas,” he said. “Open spaces are essential to our health and well-being, and I am eager to protect these critical resources for the benefit of both our communities and the environment.”
