All Persons' Trail at Wolbach Farm

Wolbach Farm Pollinator Meadow

The All Persons' Trail at Wolbach Farm provides access to nature for people who use mobility devices like wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers. The gently graded trail is made of erosion-resistant and eco-friendly stabilized stone dust.

On July 24, 2025, we opened Phase 1 of the trail, which leads visitors to an accessible picnic grove, a pollinator meadow, and a terrace overlooking our historic barn. Future phases in 2026 and beyond will extend the trail into the woods, add a nature playscape and enhance the experience with interpretive features in multiple languages.

Community Input Welcome

While the route and materials for the trail have been finalized, we have big dreams for making the trail as user-friendly, fun, and engaging for as many people as possible. We invite interested community members and leaders to reach out with your advice and wishes to help us as we fine-tune the interpretive experience of the trail.

Please share your suggestions through our online survey!

General Agreement Guidelines for All Person’s Trail Donor Recognition Signage

Unless otherwise stated in a signed memorandum of understanding between the donor and SVT, donors can expect that:

  • The text length may be limited for donor recognition signs. Please discuss desired text before making your donation.
  • Donor recognition signage will remain on site for the useful life of the object it is affixed to. We will select durable materials, but cannot guarantee replacement of signage due to unforeseen circumstances such as destruction by weather or vandalism.
  • The name of a location such as the Picnic Grove or a Path, will remain as long as the location remains significantly unchanged. If in the future, the location is remodeled or otherwise significantly changed, the name may be removed or altered at SVT's discretion.
  • SVT will make every reasonable effort to notify donors or their heirs of significant changes to public donor recognitions.

Furthermore, SVT permanently reserves the right to decline donor recognition wording or remove signage that does not align with the values of the organization.
