Katie Lazoya saw two river otters in the Sudbury River in Framingham where the river goes under the bridge on Main Street. Katie describes the otters as playful behavior as "making a lot of noise, splashing, swimming, "squeaking" to each other, heads way up out of the water".

Lydia Rogers used her remote wildlife camera to photograph wildlife at SVT's Dugan Kames Reservation in Concord. She set two cameras near each other, but at different angles, from mid-May through mid-June. Below are photographs of a coyote, great blue heron and river otters. Lydia describes that in several photos the river otter is rolling around in wood chips near the log, then later on a gray squirrel came by and did the same.
