Learning About Mushrooms

This year's plentiful rain led to a bounty of mushrooms in our yards, meadows, and forests. What a great year for a mushroom walk!

Thank you to David Babik of the Boston Mycological Club, who led a mushroom walk for SVT at Sawink Farm on October 4. His expertise helped everyone learn how to identify several types of mushrooms and understand their unique characteristics.
