Description |
The Finance Committee oversees the review of the financial risk profile of the organization. This includes regular reviews of the investments and investment policy, proposed operating budgets, internal controls, and all financial statements. The Committee oversees the annual audit of the Corporation. The Finance Committee reports to the Board of Directors. |

Skills needed |
We are seeking people with knowledge of financial operations, accounting, and investments particularly in nonprofit organizations. |

Meeting Schedule |
The Finance Committee meets at least four times a year. |

Duration |
There are no term limits. Committee members are confirmed annually. |
