Learn more about the dark history shared by the Towns of Ashland and Framingham with Cliff Wilson of the Ashland Historical Society. Salem residents fleeing persecution during the infamous Salem Witch Trials settled a small village, Salem’s End, on the Ashland-Framingham border. Legend has it that the Witch Cliffs and Witch Caves in the local woods were hiding places for the accused. You can see these rock formations when walking the trails of this peaceful conservation land of Ashland Town Forest and SVT’s Cowassock Woods. Co-sponsored by the Ashland Historical Society

No dogs, please.
